September 28th, 2006 Notice: Wilson Posters is currently suspending our business of online ordering. Being the premier online supplier of music promotional posters for over six years, it was a decision that came with great deliberation. At this point, however, it is not economically feasible to continue to conduct regular online sales. We have decided to leave our inventory listings online for browsing and reference.

If you are a collector and would like to order a poster, orders can be filled on a case-by-case basis. Though we have decided to cease regular opertations, we do understand that we have a rare collection of posters, and in certain cases it would be economically feasible to sell certain posters. What is a Promo Poster?

A Promotional or Promo Item is a collectable. The purpose of these items are to promote a music album, movie, video game, company, or just about anything else. These are very rare, and highly collectable. They are not for sale in any stores, and are available primarily through collectables shops such as Wilson Promo Posters.

What are different types of Promo Items?

Promo Items can range from stickers to large cardboard displays. We've broken down the main types of items offered here at Wilson Promo Posters into a few easily navigated categories:
- Cassettes- Very popular for promoting new music albums, typically have samples of new songs.
- Compact Disks- Like Cassettes, these are popular in promoting music samples, but often contain entire albums.
- Displays- Usually made of cardboard, the size of these displays can range from large cardboard standees, to smaller counter displays or even hanging mobiles.
- Flats- Made of a posterboard material, these poster "flats" are almost always double sided, and are usually 12x12 in. in size.
- Other- The Items in this category are can be anything not listed in the alternate categories. They could be T-Shirts, promotional keychains, pens, press releases, or really anything that doesn't fall into the other categories. A brief description of the items should be found in the "notes" section of each product.
- Pins- Promotional Metal "Buttons" you may see your local record shop or movie theatre employee wearing.
- Post Cards- Some of these post cards are simple promotions, usually the same size as a standard post card, but some can actually be sent in the mail as normal "Greetings from California" post cards.

How are the Posters Priced?

Each Item listed on this site is a collectable, and pricing ranges according to the following factors:
- Condition. Each Item is in varying condition, but posters are priced as in excellent condition.
  (Note- discounts can be given for any less than perfect item. Just Ask!)
- Rarity. Of course, the age and rareness of a poster will be accounted for in pricing, as in all collectables.
- Demand. If a poster or other promotional item is in particular demand because of recent album releases, news, etc. prices will change accordingly.
- Availability. Because promotional posters rarely ever replenish in stock, the availability of the poster as well as the number in stock do affect prices.

How do I know what condition each item is in?

Assume each poster is in good condition unless otherwise noted. Because we may have multiple copies of each poster, contact us at listed email address in the 'contact' section with any questions to a specific poster's condition.

Why do you need my email address and other personal Information?

Your email address will be used solely for contact purposes regarding your orders on Wilson Promo Posters. It will also be used as your login for order tracking on the Wilson Posters Website. No information you submit will be sold or used for any third party advertising. We understand the value of privacy and that's why we guarantee you that here at Wilson Promo Posters.

How Are the Items Shipped?

Wilson Promo Posters deals primarily with The United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) for all it's shipping needs. They allow us to provide multiple levels of delivery service to a wide range of customers, at a reasonable price.

Note¹- Each Level Takes Precedence over all lower levels. e.g.- A level three (poster, display, or other) shipping price will supercede all other shipping charges. If your order contains a poster, you will be charged a level three shipping price for your entire order regardless of any lesser level items.

Note²- Standard Shipping Usually takes between 3-7 Days after your order is processed.

Note³- Priority Shipping Usually takes between 2-3 Days after your order is processed.

What is an Account?
An account is completely free to establish and maintain with Wilson Promo Posters. We keep your info in our customer database for the purposes of order tracking, repeat orders (so you don't have to retype your info), and reference information in case we need to contact you pertaining to your order. This information is never sold or used for junk-email purposes.

Wilson Promo Posters provides online status tracking of orders. We aren't able to tell you where a package is if in transit, but you'll be able to find out if and when an order is sent out. Just login to our account section.
